Refund & Donation Policy

At Great Purpose Foundation (“we,” “our,” “us”), we deeply appreciate your generosity and commitment to supporting our mission of helping individuals and families in need. This Refund & Donation Policy outlines the terms under which donations and contributions are accepted, processed, and, when applicable, refunded.
1. Donations
All monetary and in-kind donations are non-refundable.
Once a donation is made, it will be used to support our programs, initiatives, and operational needs in alignment with our mission.
Donors will receive a confirmation email or letter acknowledging the donation for record-keeping and tax purposes, if applicable.
2. Recurring Donations
Donors who choose to set up recurring contributions may cancel or adjust the amount at any time by contacting us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled donation date.
3. Errors in Donation Amounts
If you believe an error has occurred with your donation (e.g., incorrect amount charged, duplicate transaction), please contact us within 10 business days of the transaction. We will review the request and process a refund if appropriate.
4. Event Fees & Program Contributions
Registration fees or contributions for events, programs, or sponsorships are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Great Purpose Foundation.
If an event is canceled, you may choose to have your payment refunded or applied as a donation to support our mission.
5. Tax-Deductible Status
